\no Multi-specialty (23 different specialties), outpatient, physician owned facility. Our main campus is in Fort Walton Beach and we also have satellite offices in Destin, Niceville and Navarre.\n

\n• Type of employment:\n
\n
\no First 2 years, associate contract position. Immediately following the 2-year Associate contract, there is the option to be voted in as a Shareholder.\n
\n
\n• Number of physicians:\n
\n
\no Neurology: 3 doctors, 1 extender\n
\no Total in clinic: 46 doctors, 24 extenders (PA or ARNP) • Office hours: o Monday-Friday, 8-5pm o 36-hours of Direct Patient Contact\n
\n
\n• Requirements:\n
\n
\no US Resident or Green Card\n
\no Board Certified or Board Eligible (will be required to take the test after completing residency/fellowship)\n

\n• Call:\n
\no 1:4 call from 7 am – 5 pm / telephone neurology overnight\n
\no Telephone for office when on call\n
\n• Average number of patients per day: 18\n
\n• Inpatient work:\n
\no Contingent on cases presented when on call and the treatment/testing requirements for that case (EEG’s, EMG’s, Advance Ancillary Orders, Lumbar Punctures)\n
\no Hospital:  Medical Center, located right across the street from Clinic\n

\no We are a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) NCQA certified practice\n
