Bridgton offers hiking, skiing, boating, and an outstanding quality of life just a short drive from Portland Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services including wellness visits, chronic disease management, acute care, and preventive medicine Diagnose and treat common medical conditions Order and interpret diagnostic testing Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with Maine regulations Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and specialists to coordinate care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR Qualifications Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner program Board Certified as FNP, AGNP, or related specialty Active or eligible Maine Board of Nursing licensure DEA certification or eligibility Prior primary care experience preferred Strong communication and patient engagement skills Pay Transparency CMH actively promotes diversity in its workforce at all levels of the organization.
