Salary Range: $20.00 To $23.00 Hourly Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour About the Role We are looking for a dependable Assistant Crew Leader to support our Crew Leaders and help keep jobs running smoothly. This position is for someone who wants to grow into a leadership role and take on more responsibility over time. You will assist in managing the crew day-to-day and step in to lead when the Crew Leader is out. What You’ll Do Assist the Crew Leader with daily job execution Help keep the crew organized and working efficiently Ensure all work meets company quality standards Perform all landscaping tasks (mowing, edging, trimming, cleanup, etc.) Help train and guide crew members Step in and lead the crew when the Crew Leader is absent Help maintain equipment and keep tools in good condition Support accurate job tracking and daily tickets What We’re Looking For Experience in landscaping (required) Strong work ethic and reliability Leadership mindset and willingness to take initiative Ability to follow direction and also lead when needed Ability to work outdoors in all conditions Valid driver’s license (preferred) This is a stepping-stone position to Crew Leader. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and take on a leadership role in the future. Employees who show strong performance, reliability, and leadership ability will be considered for promotion to Crew Leader.
