Overview The Ultrasound Tech performs diagnostic ultrasound exams. They specialize in OB, vascular, or general sonography for non-invasive diagnostics. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ultrasound technology and patient care, with experience in diagnostic imaging settings. Key Responsibilities Perform ultrasound exams like abdominal or vascular studies. Prepare and position patients for imaging. Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment. Collaborate with radiologists for results. Document procedures in EHR systems like Epic or PACS. Manage inventory of ultrasound supplies. This role is essential for non-invasive diagnostic imaging.
