FOX 35 Orlando (WOFL) is looking for a dynamic, high-energy Senior Producer to lead our weekend editorial team. This isn't just about "stacking a show"—it's about owning the brand across broadcast, web, and social platforms. You will be the editorial voice of the weekend, managing a team of producers and associate producers to deliver news that is clear, accurate, and creatively superior. What You'll Do Lead the Team: Supervise the weekend news staff, providing clear direction and mentorship in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Shape the Story: Exercise sharp journalistic judgment to select, create, and prioritize content that is meaningful and fair. Own the Platforms: Manage editorial content for newscasts, the station website, and all social media channels. Collaborate: Partner with reporters, photographers, and assignment editors to identify the most compelling elements for story promotion and digital growth. Execute Under Pressure: Thrive in breaking news situations, making decisive ethical and editorial calls when every second counts. What You Bring Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a producer in a major market or as a news manager in a smaller market. Leadership: Proven ability to act as a decisive, authoritative leader who builds a cohesive team environment. Education: College degree in Broadcast Journalism, Communications, or a related field. Skills Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight. Supervisory experience is a major plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
