Leave pallets neat with no loose product. Calculate and balance a reasonable cartload of products and triwalls. Construct and secure packing boxes. Quality check orders. Correctly ship filled orders of various types. Restock the production area. Follow security, safety, and organizational policies always. Comply with and assist other employees in understanding and complying with TAB's policies and procedures. Minimum Education and Experience High School Diploma/GED Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Demonstrates sound work ethics. Possesses cultural awareness and sensitivity. Be punctual and dependable. Show good manual dexterity. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Team building skills. Supervisory Responsibility: None. Communication and Contacts Required: Employees, departments, managers. Decision Making/Judgment Required: Make decisions as per Standard Operation Procedures and Company Policies. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of working on a computer.
