Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mental Health Therapist based in Mansfield, OH. The Mental Health Therapist will provide therapeutic services to students, including individual and family therapy sessions. Responsibilities include conducting mental health assessments, designing and implementing treatment plans, case management, and offering crisis support when necessary. The therapist will also collaborate with parents, educators, and staff to support students’ mental health and overall success. Qualifications Proficiency in creating and executing effective Treatment Plans Expertise in Social Work and Case Management Comprehensive knowledge of Mental Health and Family Therapy practices Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with families, educators, and colleagues Master\'s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Possession of appropriate licensure for clinical practice in the state of Ohio (e.g., LISW, LPCC, LSW, or LPC) Experience working with children or adolescents is a plus Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a diverse caseload #J-18808-Ljbffr
