OB/GYN Physician Opportunity

Sanford Clinic Worthington is seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN physician. Join a great Women's team of 3 OB/GYN's and 1 Nurse Midwife. Practice includes a skilled nursing team, community health worker, and lactation specialist. 1:4 Call. Robust hospital surgical department. Full complement of supportive physicians and Advanced Practice Providers in Family Practice, Pediatrics, Orthopedic Surgery, General Surgery, Oncology, Emergency Medicine and Hospitalist. Provide a full scope of OB/GYN services to the region. Maternal Fetal Medicine support from Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls.

Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $347,358 - $449,522 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
