Responsibilities Provide patient care within the urology specialty scope. Develop professional relationships within the medical community. Determine clinical services offered, manage clinical quality, and ensure a positive patient experience. Coordinate with MedCBO for payer credentialing, billing, collections, and payer contract negotiation. Lead practice governance, set patient‑care policies, and maintain clinical authority. Qualifications MD or DO with unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice. Board Certified or Board Eligible in urology. Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable. Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates. No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice. Interest in the independent practice model. Preferred Qualifications Desire for practice ownership. Interest in community‑based care. Leadership or program development experience. Location Multiple U.S. markets available (urban, suburban, and rural). Relocation and market selection are physician‑directed, subject to licensure. Compensation Compensation is generated by the physician‑owned practice. Financial outcomes vary based on specialty scope, services offered, payer mix, physician activity, and local market conditions. Results are not guaranteed. Administrative Support Provided by MedCBO Practice formation coordination. Revenue cycle management – coding and payer contracting support. EHR, technology platform, telehealth, and clinical workflow systems. Credentialing, enrollment, and facility privileging coordination. Financial reporting and practice financial infrastructure. HR administration, staffing workflows, and compliance support. Supply‑chain and vendor coordination.
