Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active, valid state SLP license required
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communications Disorders
• Experience providing SLP services in educational settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and reporting skills
• Adaptability to work both independently and collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams
• Organizational skills to manage caseload documentation and reporting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Deliver direct and indirect SLP services to students in accordance with school programming
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and student evaluations
• Maintain up-to-date records and compliance with federal and state regulations
