Job Description

The Registered Nurse will deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and facility policies. The RN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assess patient needs
• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license in the state of Florida
• Associates degree in Nursing; BSN preferred
• Previous clinical experience preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
