Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an adult Intensive Care Unit setting
• Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients in accordance with facility protocols
• Perform stroke assessments utilizing NIHSS certification standards
• Adhere to department guidelines regarding weekend, holiday, and float assignments
• Complete required learning modules and maintain compliance with all facility standards prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions
• Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active NIHSS certification
• Must not be a current resident of Arizona (Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Stroke care experience in an adult ICU environment
• Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments to expedite placement
