Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Production Manager will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, ensuring product quality, managing resources, and leading a team of production staff to meet production targets efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production schedules and workflows to maximize efficiency and meet production goals.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage and optimize the use of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Hire, Train, mentor, and supervise production staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes and timely delivery of products.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Prepare regular reports on production activities, progress, and issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
