Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Accountant fluent in English and Spanish to join our client's team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a degree in Accounting or Finance to gain hands-on experience and grow professionally in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate financial records.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams in both English and Spanish.
• Use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) to process and track financial data.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within the accounting field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with QuickBooks or other accounting tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
