Position Summary

Summit Health is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join an expanding department within a multispecialty practice. The role offers a collaborative, dynamic physician‑led environment with opportunities to learn, grow, and excel in providing integrated, multidisciplinary, patient‑centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide integrated, multidisciplinary, patient‑centered care.
• Work 1to1 with a medical assistant and share nursing assistance.
• Coverage is equally shared within the large multispecialty group.
• Collaborate with surgical partners using on‑site ancillaries such as laboratory, radiology, and audiology services, and access to ambulatory surgery centers.
• Mentor new graduates.

Compensation

Salary range: $330,000–$700,000. Compensation is based on industry standards and will consider factors such as experience, performance, quality measures, and location.
