Job Title Physical Therapist Location Columbus, Ohio Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Onsite Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Implement and progress therapeutic interventions in accordance with physician orders and clinical guidelines
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to coordinate patient care
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Ohio
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract assignment beginning late June
- Prior travel or contract therapy experience
- Familiarity with SNF documentation and Medicare compliance requirements
