Acting in accordance with company procedures and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing requirements. Working independently as well as cooperatively with the Property Manager and team. Develop and maintain long lasting relationships with current residents. Knowledge of property management software operating systems Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
