Office Location: 325 N Corporate Dr Suite 260, Brookfield, WI 53045
Coverage area: Milwaukee & Waukesha Counties
Schedule: Full Time Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Allay Hospice is seeking a passionate, dedicated Social Worker to join our team! Our Social Workers provide emotional support, counseling, and resource coordination to patients facing terminal illness. This role plays a key part in the delivery of holistic care and ensures that patients' psychosocial needs are met with dignity and respect.
