Plastics Manufacturing Engineer

Lane Enterprises Inc., a leader in drainage and stormwater management solutions, is seeking a Plastics Manufacturing Engineer to drive process excellence in our plastics product lines. In this on-site role, you will design, optimize, and troubleshoot plastics manufacturing processes for corrugated pipe and related components, focusing on quality, safety, and throughput. Responsibilities include leading process validation, capability studies, and root-cause analysis; improving tooling, equipment, and workflows; and collaborating with design engineering on manufacturability. You will support capital projects, implement lean and continuous improvement initiatives, train plant personnel, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
