Position Title: Showroom Consultant

Overview:
Tubbs by Grubbs is looking for an outgoing, professional, and confident communicator to join our team as a Showroom Consultant. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers—both on the phone and in our showroom—creating a positive and memorable experience from the very first interaction.
What You’ll Do:
Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries
Make outbound calls to homeowners interested in bathroom upgrades
Schedule free in-home consultation appointments
Welcome and engage walk-in customers in the showroom
Learn and confidently present our products to prospective clients
Overcome objections and guide conversations with confidence
Deliver a positive, professional first impression every time
