To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried Georgia Licensed Senior Tax Manager will lead a multi-million dollar portfolio of complex partnership clients in real estate, focusing on client retention, technical excellence, and team development in a 100% remote environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the firm's expert on partnership taxation, conducting final technical reviews and advising clients on complex tax issues Manage client relationships to ensure proactive tax counsel and identify opportunities for service expansion Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring high-quality deliverables Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited college or university CPA certification Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in partnership taxation Demonstrated expertise in real estate partnership taxation and experience with multi-state tax returns Proven experience leading client relationships and managing teams of tax professionals
