Sales & Operations Manager

The Trusty Plumber is a new plumbing company backed by a group of companies with more than 8 years serving South Florida. We are licensed, insured, and we work with our own in‑house crews. This is a chance to get in early. You would be joining a company in its first stage, with the support and stability of an established group behind it. About the role We are looking for a Sales & Operations Manager to be the driving force behind our sales and day‑to‑day operations. This is a hands‑on role for someone who is comfortable talking to clients, closing deals, and keeping jobs running smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities Manage and grow the sales pipeline, from first contact to closed deal Build relationships with residential and commercial clients, including property managers and HOAs Coordinate daily operations and job scheduling with our technicians Follow up on leads quickly and consistently Track performance and look for ways to improve how we work Represent The Trusty Plumber with professionalism at every touchpoint Requirements 5+ years of experience in sales, operations, or a related field Fully bilingual in English and Spanish Based in or near Davie, FL (this is an on‑site role) Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
