Lending Hands 4U is hosting a Job Fair seeking Direct Care Professionals for an assisted living group home in Surprise, AZ. Direct support staff will provide daily care and life-skills training for residents with developmental disabilities. Core duties involve assisting with personal hygiene, preparing meals, administering medications, managing behavioral support plans, ensuring individual safety, and documenting resident progress in compliance with state regulations.
