POSITION

Part-time Evening Cleaning Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

General office maintenance, including, but not limited to: trash removal, dusting, cleaning and restocking restrooms break rooms, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, window washing, picking up trash outside, and changing light bulbs.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED

• Must be reliable, responsible, and a self-starter
• Show stable day-job work history
• Good communication (verbal and written) skills
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be neat and cleanly dressed and groomed.
• Background and drug test required.
• Applicants who have a day job are preferred. This is part-time work .
