Customer Service/Sales Representative

CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Pay: $20–$25/hour

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a privately owned manufacturer of custom plastic hardware. They specialize in high-quality molded and machined products while providing excellent customer service and technical support.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to be a key point of contact for our client's customers. You’ll handle customer inquiries, quotes, orders, samples, and product questions while partnering with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Respond to customer questions about products, pricing, quotes, samples, and orders
• Prepare and communicate product quotations
• Enter and maintain customer accounts and orders
• Review purchase orders and contracts for accuracy
• Coordinate order changes with internal departments
• Provide product and technical information
• Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
• Maintain accurate customer and order records
• Develop strong knowledge of our client's products and services
• Communicate with customers by phone and email

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Manufacturing, industrial, or technical experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Accurate data entry and computer skills
• Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
