Body Shop Advisor

In this role, you'll work alongside some of the best collision center professionals in the industry, ensuring all repairs are performed accurately and delivered on time.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding body shop repair services
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing top-tier service and clear communication
- Accurately assess customers' needs and manage repair expectations
- Communicate effectively between customers and the collision repair team to ensure timely updates
- Maintain and update repair order records using our internal systems
- Coordinate repair workflow from intake to delivery
- Ensure all processes meet or exceed customer satisfaction and company standards
- Assist with additional tasks as needed within the body shop
- Prior experience working in a dealership, body shop or similar setting preferred
- 100% commitment to customer satisfaction
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership qualities and the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience with CDK/ADP is a plus
- Valid NYS driver's license required
