Senior QA Developer

To drive the overarching test strategy for a digital banking modernization initiative, the contracted-to-full-time Senior QA Developer will design and implement automated testing frameworks, lead performance and security testing, and ensure a seamless member experience upon go-live in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Develop the master test strategy, test plans, and test cases for the digital banking platform Build and manage automated testing frameworks, including performance and security testing protocols Lead business validation, regression, and operational testing across multiple environments Required qualifications 5+ years of recent experience in QA Automation and Test Leadership roles Hands-on expertise with modern automated testing frameworks (UI and API testing) Experience with performance testing tools and security testing methodologies Strong analytical skills for defect management and root cause analysis in complex environments Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
