Synergy Care, Inc. is looking for a PRN Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) to join our outpatient therapy team in Normal, Illinois. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care within an assisted living community. The ideal candidate will have graduated from an accredited program or be close to graduation, hold NBCOT certification, and have active state licensure as an OTA.
