Charg / Charg de gestion administrative et/ou de paie
Job Description
- Ensure the reliability of the dossiers of new recruits: Checking documents and entries made by the recruitment office, requesting corrections and missing documents.- Perform control and verification of HR/DFI data entered by SSA HR contractors and transmit any anomalies to the heads of the relevant sections.- Propose corrective actions to reduce the anomalies identified.- Enter infotypes (IT) with an impact on salary into the SIRH Arhmonie system- Establish statistics related to the controls performed.- Conduct studies on the proper use of SOURCE DEMAT within job training (sample control of dossiers )- Provide technical support to HR contractors on the use of SOURCE DEMAT- All activities necessary for the proper functioning of the authentic documents section
