Financial Counselor
Carrus Health
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Provides patients with service cost estimates and collects payments.
- Answers telephones and transfers callers to appropriate departments; greets visitors in a professional and appropriate manner.
- Responsible for front desk processes and assists with intake functions.
- Orders, maintains, and stocks facility office supplies.
- Reports to work in a timely manner and adheres to policies, procedures, and processes.
- Performs other job duties as needed and/or as assigned.
- One to two years of Financial Counselor experience is preferred.
- Intermediate computer skills, to include Microsoft Office products is required.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written means.
