Conversion Copywriter

Working remotely on a long-term fractional contract basis, the Conversion Copywriter will produce hypothesis-driven copy for paid media, landing pages, and email campaigns, primarily for B2B and B2C clients, while managing brand-specific AI writing agents to enhance copy output. Key responsibilities: Write and optimize paid media ad copy across various platforms to drive clicks and conversions Produce landing page copy and collaborate with designers to ensure cohesive messaging and layout Develop and manage brand-specific AI writing agents to scale copy production while maintaining brand voice integrity Required qualifications: 2-4+ years of experience in conversion copywriting or performance marketing copy Proven ability to write across multiple brand voices quickly and accurately Experience with AI tools and demonstrated ability to build and manage AI writing agents Strong understanding of copy that converts, with a portfolio showcasing tested copy across various digital channels Experience in a multi-client environment, managing competing priorities and fast turnarounds
