JOB OVERVIEW Job Id: Y-CRNA- Profession: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Specialty: CRNA - General Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Greensboro, NC Service Setting: Hospital Coverage Type: Clinical Only Coverage Period: Dec 14, 2026 - Jul 12, 2027 Clinical Shift Schedule: Mon - Fri, 7A - 3P (5x8-hour shifts) PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: All Ages Patient Volume/Census: 60+ cases per day Case Mix: General, Orthopedics, Gynecology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Vascular, Thoracic, Cardiac, Neurology, Trauma FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Epic PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 days JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses: Active North Carolina license Board: Board Certified CRNA Certifications: ACLS, PALS Experience: Minimum 1-2 years Other Qualifications: Must be able to float between locations; must be flexible with scheduling; no new graduates DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide anesthesia care for a wide variety of surgical cases including general, orthopedics, gynecology, ENT, ophthalmology, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, neurology, and trauma. Manage anesthesia in non-OR locations (NORA) such as IR, EP, ENDO, and MRI. Work 5x8-hour shifts with a flexible schedule, prioritizing Monday and Friday shifts. Collaborate under a medical direction model at Moses Cone Hospital. Float to other Cone Health facilities as needed.
