Full-Time KS - Overland Park Hospice Branch, Overland Park, KS, US 5 days ago Requisition ID: 5426 Choice Hospice is seeking a results-driven Hospice Business Development Liaison (BDL) with proven success in home health and/or hospice marketing, referral development, and admissions growth . This is an opportunity for an experienced healthcare sales professional who understands relationship-based selling and thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused environment. If you have an established network, know how to grow market share, and understand the hospice and post-acute landscape, we want to talk with you. What You’ll Do Build, strengthen, and expand referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and community partners. Position Choice Hospice as the provider of choice through consultative selling and exceptional service. Develop strategic territory growth plans and execute initiatives that drive admissions. Educate referral partners on hospice eligibility, services, and patient benefits. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets. Partner closely with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless patient transitions. Maintain strong visibility within the healthcare community through outreach and networking. Meet and exceed monthly admission and growth goals. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to healthcare marketing.
