Senior Transportation Engineer (PE)

A people-first engineering firm is seeking a Senior Transportation Engineer (PE) to lead the design and delivery of impactful roadway and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead roadway design projects, including highways, interstates, urban streets, and interchanges
Develop and review geometric designs using tools such as Civil 3D and MicroStation
Ensure compliance with AASHTO and applicable DOT/INDOT standards
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
Prepare construction plans, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports
Mentor and support junior engineering staff

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
5+ years of transportation or roadway design experience
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Experience with Design-Build or P3 delivery methods preferred
Proficiency in Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar design software
Strong communication and collaboration skills
