Role:- SAP S/4HANA Project Manager

Location:- Washington D.C( 5 days Onsite look for Local candidates)

Visa:- Any Mode of hire:- FTE

Salary:- $150-$160K Annum

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead enterprise SAP transformation programs. The ideal candidate will be based in the US and have a strong background managing end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects with distributed onsite and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or upgrade projects.
• Manage onsite and offshore delivery teams across multiple workstreams.
• Own project planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and governance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT leadership, system integrators, and SAP functional teams.
• Drive issue resolution, dependency management, and executive status reporting.
• Coordinate functional, technical, integration, testing, data migration, and cutover activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
• Lead steering committee meetings and manage project communications.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP project management experience.
• Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation .
• Strong experience managing global onsite and offshore delivery teams.
• Experience with SAP Activate or similar implementation methodologies.
• Working knowledge of core SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP and Travel
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, vendor coordination, and resource planning.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ECC to S/4HANA migration or new S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience in data migration, integration, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Experience managing large enterprise SAP programs valued at $5M+.
• Prior consulting or system integrator experience is a plus.
