As a client retention specialist, your impact is two‑fold: you help the store hit sales and retention goals, and you help clients achieve ownership by providing best‑in‑class service and helping them find the right products and solutions within their budget. Customer service, sales, call centre, or collections experience in a retail environment helpful. Valid driver’s licence and an acceptable driving record. Job Responsibilities Contact clients via phone and serve as the primary point of contact. Set daily collection goals and maintain accurate customer information. Review sales rental orders for compliance and approval. Manage past‑due accounts and help clients bring them into good standing. Act as a customer liaison, reselling the benefits of timely rental/lease renewal payments. Assist co‑workers during peak activity, absences, and planned time off.
