Job Description Overview: We are hiring a customer-focused Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound customer calls and support account-related inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Make outbound follow-up calls regarding accounts or services
- Provide accurate product and service information
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain records of customer interactions and call activity
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Professional and customer-focused demeanor
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous call center experience is a plus but not required
