As a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST), you'll be an essential part of a high-performing surgical team in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. From setting up for procedures to assisting surgeons during critical moments, you'll help create a safe, sterile, and seamless surgical experience from start to finish.

In this full-time role, you'll prep operating rooms by arranging surgical tools, equipment, and sterile drapes according to procedure requirements. During surgery, you'll stay steps ahead- passing instruments, anticipating the surgeon's needs, and maintaining strict aseptic technique .


You'll also help ensure surgical equipment is functioning properly and assist with post-op cleanup and reprocessing. Every moment counts in the OR, and your presence will help ensure precision, speed, and safety.

To thrive in this role, you'll need to be a graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program with an active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential through NBSTSA or equivalent.
