Job Description
- Ticket management and hands-on troubleshooting (hardware, software, network)
- End-user support as the primary onsite IT contact
- Full onboarding preparation (laptops, accounts, software, day-1 support)
- Device lifecycle management (setup, reimaging, upgrades, replacements)
- OS maintenance and patching
- Physical network support (cabling, connectivity)
- Coordination with remote IT teams
- Continuous support with evolving daily workload
