Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Compliance Operations & Analytics based in United States. The Senior Manager will act as a strategic and operational partner, helping transform compliance priorities into scalable processes and measurable outcomes. The position combines program management, analytics, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to improve compliance effectiveness. You will leverage data-driven insights to identify risks, enhance monitoring capabilities, and support informed business decisions. Working closely with diverse stakeholders, you will help build strong compliance infrastructure and promote ethical business practices. This remote opportunity is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys driving continuous improvement. \n Accountabilities: The Senior Manager, Compliance Operations & Analytics will support the execution, optimization, and scalability of compliance initiatives by combining operational expertise, analytical capabilities, and strong stakeholder management. The role requires translating compliance strategy into practical solutions while improving governance, reporting, and risk management processes. Serve as a key operational partner to compliance leadership by executing strategic priorities and managing critical program initiatives. Support the ongoing development and improvement of compliance operations, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and industry standards. Manage compliance infrastructure, including policies, procedures, training documentation, risk assessments, monitoring plans, and governance materials. Coordinate compliance governance activities, leadership reporting, committee meetings, action tracking, and remediation efforts. Lead and support cross-functional projects, system implementations, and operational improvements that strengthen compliance controls. Develop and maintain compliance dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools to provide visibility into program effectiveness and emerging risks. Analyze business and compliance data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for proactive risk mitigation. Support monitoring, auditing, investigations, and risk assessments through data-driven insights. Enhance reporting methodologies and analytics capabilities to support a modern compliance framework. Assist with compliance policies, training materials, communications, and employee awareness initiatives. Partner with teams across commercial, medical, finance, legal, HR, IT, and corporate functions to provide practical compliance guidance. Promote a culture of integrity by improving processes, documentation, audit readiness, and operational consistency. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced compliance professional with strong analytical abilities, project management skills, and a proven ability to operate in complex, regulated environments. This individual should combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and demonstrate strong judgment when supporting business objectives. Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years of experience with a master’s degree. Advanced degree or compliance certification such as CHC, CCEP, JD, or MBA preferred. Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare compliance, compliance operations, compliance analytics, auditing, investigations, or related functions within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industries. Strong understanding of healthcare compliance requirements, including Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, FDA promotional regulations, PhRMA Code, and OIG Compliance Program Guidance. Experience developing compliance analytics, dashboards, monitoring tools, and risk-based reporting solutions. Experience supporting compliance monitoring, audits, investigations, and operational risk management activities. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable business insights. Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, Tableau, SmartSheet, Visio, Salesforce, or similar platforms. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments while working independently. Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset. Ability to travel domestically approximately 25%. Benefits: Competitive annual salary range of approximately $153,400 to $198,400, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
