Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring General Labor workers for a food production company in Owatonna, MN. In this role, you'll help support seasonal food production operations and ensure products meet quality and safety standards. What You'll Do as a General Labor:
- Work in various production line positions throughout the food processing facility
- Support seasonal pea processing operations
- Clean production equipment and work areas as assigned
- Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures
- Monitor equipment and report concerns or hazards to management
- Perform general production and sanitation duties as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What You Need to Bring to the General Labor Role:
- Ability to work in a food manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform production tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to food safety and quality standards
- Reliable transportation to Owatonna, MN
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- No experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
