Job Description Strong Ability to Follow SOPs and Work Orders Hands-On Machine Setup and Operation Skills Quality-Driven Mindset Reliability in Documentation, Systems, and Communication Safety, Teamwork, and Work Ethic Ability to use Axis system for product entry Must be able to read and interpret work orders, use simple math, and use basic hand held and measuring tools. Must have competent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with others and comprehend work instructions. Basic computer skills required to use keyboard to open appropriate screens, enter data, save and print tags and production sheets; also have t know how to scan and save documents. Be an effective team player as well as an independent worker. Occasionally assist in training of individuals in the machining process. Ability to complete general machine maintenance checklist.
