Ultimate LLC is urgently seeking to hire Construction Workers for full time work in Greensboro, GA . The pay range of a Construction Worker is $20-$26 per hour based on experience. The majority of our position’s hours range from 55-65 hours a week.

Our Construction Workers will be sticking brick at our facility. We have consistent work. The right candidate can start right away.

Responsibilities:

• Learn the Trade: Participate in hands-on training to master bricklaying, stone veneer installation, and structural anchoring.

• Site Preparation: Set up scaffolding, clean work areas, and prepare brick/wall surfaces for installation.

• Material Handling: Mix traditional cement mortar, prepare polymer adhesives, and move bricks or blocks to support the job site.

• Tool Operation: Learn to safely use and maintain basic construction tools, including trowels, rotary hammer drills, and mixing equipment.

• Team Support: Assist senior masons with alignment, leveling, and structural fastening tasks as needed.

• Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow basic construction safety guidelines.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Experience: None required! We will train the right candidate from the ground up.

• Attributes: Strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality, and a strong desire to learn a lifelong trade.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to [50/75] lbs regularly throughout the day in various weather conditions.

• Teamwork: Positive attitude and the ability to listen closely to instructions from experienced crew leaders.
