Printing insurance documents. Sorting/inserting machine and postage meter. Receive, store and distribute office supplies including mail room, kitchen, and print material. Maintain inventory levels and reorder as necessary.This is a Part-Time position (generally 19 hours or less a week). Benefits ineligible.Duties Include:Print insurance documents, invoices and correspondence.Use Pitney Bowes sorting/inserting machine to prepare envelopes for mail.Apply postage from postage meter.Daily post office trips.Receives, stores and distributes office supplies including mailroom, kitchen, print material.Maintain supply inventory levels and reorder as needed.PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
