As Vice President of Sales, you will report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of the executive team. You will own the strategy, performance, and evolution of our North American sales organization driving growth, strengthening partnerships, and building a high-performance team that delivers results. You will operate at both a strategic and hands‑on level , shaping the future of our retail business while staying deeply connected to execution. What You Will Own Drive Growth and Strategy Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities across major retail segments Shape and execute forward‑looking sales strategies aligned with company growth goals Partner with executive leadership to influence overall business direction Build a High‑Performance Sales Engine Establish clear KPIs, scorecards, and performance expectations Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and results Elevate team capability through coaching, development, and structure Own the Financial Performance Lead revenue growth, margin expansion, and demand planning strategies Optimize replenishment models and retail performance Translate data into actionable insights that drive business decisions Strengthen Key Customer Partnerships Deepen relationships with major retail partners Collaborate cross‑functionally with design, marketing, and product teams to bring innovative programs to market Ensure flawless execution across all customer programs Lead Through Insight and Innovation Stay ahead of market trends, competitive dynamics, and consumer behavior Identify white space opportunities and guide product and category strategy Bring a forward‑thinking, data‑driven perspective to the organization What We’re Looking For Proven success leading sales in a B2B, mass retail environment Strong financial and analytical acumen with the ability to drive profitable growth Experience managing retail programs, inventory flow, and POS data A track record of building and leading high‑performing teams Executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels A builder’s mindset.
