Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.What you will get:A dynamic and collaborative work environmentOpportunities to grow your engineering career in a global organizationCompetitive compensation and performance-based rewardsComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverageExposure to advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing technologiesThe opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient livesWhat you will do:Analyze equipment performance to identify failure trends and opportunities for improvementPerform root cause analysis (RCA) and apply tools such as FMEA and RCMDevelop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategiesPartner with maintenance and operations teams to improve equipment uptimeTrack and report key reliability metrics such as MTBF and MTTRDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performanceEnsure compliance with GMP, FDA, and safety standardsWhat we are looking for:Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related field3-5 years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing environmentsKnowledge of GMP/cGMP principles and regulated industry practicesFamiliarity with reliability tools such as FMEA, RCA, RCM, or TPMStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamStrong communication skills and attention to detailAbout LonzaAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
