What you will do Creative Workflow: Create sophisticated, high-impact marketing assets across campaign key visuals and media: animations that span website, email, social media, events, ad and digital media channels. Use of AfterEffects and Premiere ideal Visual Narratives: Create compelling visual narratives that convey brand story and complex product features in accessible ways, leveraging storyboard skills Cross-department collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to develop campaigns that drive branding, awareness, and conversion Optimization: Adjust and optimize video content for various platforms (such as websites, social media, and digital media), ensuring clean and captivating visual effects Trend and technologies: Stay current on design trends and technologies to continuously innovate our visual approach. Apply AI video and static image generation where useful Qualifications Have 4 to 5 years of experience creating iconic design & animation for brands, ideally with design teams and stakeholders at both design agencies and in-house design teams. Bachelor’s degree or higher in design, visual communication, motion design, Video editing, art or film, with a strong online portfolio showcasing creative concepts. Proficient in Adobe Suite, AfterEffects, Premiere, Photoshop, AI video generation. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, able to work with marketing, product, and management teams to ensure timely and high-quality design delivery. Are highly hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-moving, high-visibility environments. Ability to present and sell in your design thinking. Firm grasp of brand identity, visual systems, templated design workflows. Advanced conceptual (visual verbal) thinking, with a strong portfolio to present work. Ability to leverage AI to empower creative workflows. Preferred Qualifications 2D motion design: Independently create 2D motion design in Afx, delivering artful design techniques and aesthetics as animations that clarify software features and functionality. Experience with in-house motion design needs, including animations that explain software functionality in clear, clean design thinking. Foundation in video capture, gear, lighting, shoot management. Quick grasp of new technologies, esp AI video and image generation.
