Responsibilities Educate clients’ employees on benefits packages and support their understanding of employer‑provided benefits. Assist with client presentations and provide in‑person customer service. Act as a valuable resource for all clients and their employees. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service or Client Services. Experience in the Healthcare or Insurance industry (preferred). Desire to grow within the company and pursue future management roles. Strong presentation and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and related tools. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new online CRM or ATS systems.
