Supplemental Benefits Specialist – Aflac DTLA Job Category: Sales & Business Development Job Type: Professional Employment Type: Contractor Work Hours: Full-time and Part-time Compensation: $50,000 – $70,000 per year Aflac, an esteemed leader in the insurance industry, is actively seeking a dynamic candidate to join our distinguished team. As a Supplemental Benefits Specialist, you will contribute to an engaging sales environment with enthusiasm, dedication, and a drive for success. The position offers an immersive experience in professional benefits education, coupled with the potential for rapid career growth and advancement opportunities. Responsibilities Educate clients’ employees on benefits packages and support their understanding of employer‑provided benefits. Assist with client presentations and provide in‑person customer service. Act as a valuable resource for all clients and their employees. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service or Client Services. Experience in the Healthcare or Insurance industry (preferred). Desire to grow within the company and pursue future management roles. Strong presentation and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and related tools. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new online CRM or ATS systems.
