Server Assistant - Busser

We are currently hiring a Part-Time Server to provide outstanding dining service to residents in our Skilled Nursing community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults.

Available Openings

• Part-Time

• Morning Shift

• Schedule: Every Weekend 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Server Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive meal service to residents in the Skilled Nursing dining room

• Assist residents with meal selections while ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are followed

• Deliver meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner

• Set up, clean, and reset dining areas before and after meal service

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining room

• Work closely with the Culinary and Nursing teams to meet resident dining needs

• Follow food safety, infection prevention, and sanitation procedures

• Create a welcoming dining experience through excellent customer service and compassionate care

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, healthcare, senior living, or customer service experience preferred, but not required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

• Dependable attendance and punctuality
