Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Role Overview: A dental hygienist is an empowered oral health professional who collaborates with dentists to assess, educate, and provide patient-centered care in a modern clinical environment. Responsibilities Partner with the doctor to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Utilize digital tools to support assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication. Manage patient schedules and supplies independently, ensuring comprehensive care. Deliver high-quality care with manageable patient loads, allowing thorough assessments and education. Participate in structured onboarding, ongoing training, and utilize advanced technology such as voice-activated charting and 3D scanning. Collaborate with the Hygiene Support Team and contribute to a positive patient experience. Qualifications & Skills Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution. Active dental hygiene license in the practice state. Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education.
